They pride themselves on putting their clients at the centre of everything they do, and they offer a range of services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics and speech pathology.
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting through to the Executive General Manager – Operations your duties will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3x Recruitment Advisors including all coaching, performance management, and workflow
- Shaping the recruitment strategy, identifying process improvement opportunities and driving the success of the function nationally
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of senior stakeholders across the business
- Developing strong relationships with key hiring leaders and leadership
- Conducting resource planning meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent into healthcare roles nationally
- Participating in career expos, fairs and networking events alongside the recruitment team
- Ensuring that recruitment procedures are compliant with relevant laws and are contemporary and best practice
- Analysing the performance of the function and drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR and management to continue to enhance employer brand to attract a diverse range of talent
- Solve talent related challenges, think “outside the box” and act as a valued partner to the organisation
About You
- Strong recruitment background, ideally in a senior capacity with the ability to mentor, coach, lead and inspire others
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate and proactively communicate with key stakeholders
- Strong track record recruiting roles within a dynamic, fast paced environment where you have juggled multiple, competing priorities
- Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential to be considered
