Perks People Solutions have partnered with Plena Healthcare a leading organisation that is on a mission to help their clients live happier, healthier and more independent lives. They pride themselves on putting their clients at the centre of everything they do, and they offer a range of services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics and speech pathology. An opportunity now exists for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting through to the Recruitment Lead, your duties will include:

  • Liaising with hiring managers in relation to recruitment needs
  • Working with hiring managers to determine the appropriate recruitment campaign
  • Completing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and time to hire
  • Assisting managers in preparing interview packs
  • Identifying processes to increase potential candidate pools
  • Identifying the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments
  • Participating in career expos, fairs, networking events in conjunction with the broader recruitment team
  • Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing the reference checking process
  • Conducting resource planning meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education
  • Attending regular meetings and providing recruitment updates
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates in the talent pool for future roles

About You

  • Previous experience working within recruitment either internally or via a recruitment agency
  • Experience working within healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
  • Contemporary approach to recruitment and a strong understanding of recruitment principles in particular recruitment and selection methodologies, legislation and interview practices
  • Tenacious, proactive and forward-thinking approach to talent sourcing
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
