The Role

You’ll be responsible for protecting network infrastructure, managing virtualization environments, and ensuring the security and performance of Linux-based systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure
• Configure and administer Linux systems and security tools
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures

About You

• Extensive experience in network security administration
• Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere and ESXi environments
• Linux Management (RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Satellite, and Foreman).
• Experience with VMware TKG, Rancher, Ubuntu, Dell OS10, Kubernetes CNI, IstioKnowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
• Austrlaian Citizenship or NV1 clearance (desirable)
