Perks People Solutions is proudly partnering with a leading medical clinic in the heart of Adelaide CBD to find a dedicated and professional Temporary Medical Receptionist. This clinic is known for its outstanding reputation in providing exceptional healthcare and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to its patients.
The Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and handling inbound calls with professionalism.
- Managing appointments and responding to patient inquiries.
- Assisting with invoicing, receipts, and processing payments.
- Preparing and distributing letters, reports, and other documentation for medical practitioners.
- Providing support with any ad-hoc administrative duties.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong background as a Medical Receptionist or administrative experience in a clinical environment.
- Familiarity with Best Practice Software (Practice Management System) is highly advantageous.
- Quick to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
- Available to start immediately (Monday).
- Open to part-time and full-time candidates with hours flexible between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
