Our client is a boutique funds manager providing long-term investment opportunities for their clients. With a national presence they focus on the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets. Due to their success and growth, they are seeking a high calibre individual to join their team who will be supported and skills developed by senior leadership team with a wealth of experience and expertise.
The Role
Working as part of a team to drive outcomes for clients and the business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing investment appraisals for new acquisitions
- Support asset acquisition and disposal processes
- Preparing financial data for investor reports and investment committees
- Undertaking investment analytics on property assets
- Creating and updating dynamic financial models
- Creating and refining distribution forecast models
- Continuous refinement of the existing financial models
- Monitoring sector, market and economic conditions
About You
- Relevant Degree (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or similar)
- 1-3 years’ experience in financial, business, or investment analysis within a high-performance environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills essential
- Strong financial, analytical and research skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation
- Strong written (including report writing) and presentation skills
- A real energy, drive and passion for the industry and a can-do attitude
