As a Change Lead, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring organisational projects and initiatives hit their marks on time and within budget by championing people’s adoption and use of change. Your focus will be on the human element of change – getting your colleagues ready for transitions, backing them through the journey, and giving them the tools they need to embrace changes in business processes, systems and tech, job roles, and organisational structures.

Job Role

As Change Lead partnering with PMO, you’ll drive successful adoption of major organisational changes. Your focus will be on:

• Developing and executing change strategies for complex initiatives spanning technology implementations, process improvements, and structural changes
• Working closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and delivery
• Creating and delivering engaging communication plans that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups
• Assessing change impacts and readiness across affected business areas
• Establishing change champion networks and building change capability within the business
• Supporting leaders through the change journey with coaching and practical tools
• Measuring adoption and benefits realisation to ensure sustainable change

About You

As a change management professional, you’ll have:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale organisational change programs in complex environments
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted relationships
• Experience in technology-enabled business transformation
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical thinking balanced with strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
• Experience working within PMO structures and understanding of project management principles
• Relevant qualifications in change management, business, or related field
