Our approach
Our process is designed to obtain constructive and positive feedback on all elements of the leader’s performance.
This information is then used to provide a tool for the further development of the leader’s to provide clarity on expectations, highlight areas of strength and areas for improvement.
The methodology includes:
- Review of the current Position Description and KPI’s
- Review of key company documents (e.g. strategic plan)
- Review of most recent performance review (if applicable)
- Meeting with the leader to discuss the review process
- Delivery of a Performance 360 survey
- Reporting on survey feedback
- Presentation of final report to key stakeholders (optional)
