Training ConsultantAfter completing her studies in Human Resources in Adelaide, Olivia commenced her recruitment career as a Candidate Manager working for large multinational businesses. Olivia focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing candidate relationships.
After 5 years, Olivia transitioned into an internal recruitment role at BHP where she focused on recruiting roles in their Corporate Division. In this role, Olivia broadened her industry knowledge and experience and gained skills in recruiting senior roles as well as coordinating domestic and international relocations.
Following the birth of her 4 children and relocation to country NSW with her family, Olivia established and built two successful small businesses where she gained valuable organisational and leadership skills as well as developing her resilience and initiative.
Olivia is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates and client and brings diverse experience across a range of industry sectors and private business.
