Perks People Solutions is partnering with a renowned electrical distribution company, known for their dedication in shaping the future of sustainability across Australia to search for their next Trade Marketing Coordinator. This well-established company is looking for a dedicated addition to work alongside their dynamic management team here in South Australia, Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company and brand’s image and presentation are consistent
- Marketing budget support
- Merchandise Inventory to oversee the process from concept development to distribution
- Coordinate sponsorship efforts
- Handle visual identity, coordination, monthly deals, activity calendars, loyalty programs, and reporting across various levels: branch, wholesaler group, state, regional, and national
- Manage industry and trade shows/exhibitions from concept to marketing materials distribution
- Oversee production of literature (brochures, catalogues, Point of Sale), work with external agencies and suppliers for quotes, artwork, proofing, printing, and delivery
- Develop and implement display upgrade plans in line with the marketing budget, collaborate with internal teams and designers, and execute alongside the sales team
- Coordinate with electrical wholesalers, media, and agencies on advertising placement, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
- Manage internal communications and training for the sales team, as well as external communications and training for wholesalers
- Gather, analyse, and interpret marketing data to guide strategy and decision-making
- Maximise the use of marketing and CRM systems for campaign management, customer segmentation, and performance tracking
About You
- A degree or diploma in marketing or a related field
- Strong graphic designing skills
- Proven experience in trade marketing or B2B marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven exposure working with CRM and PowerBI
